The Florida Wireless Communications Device (WCD) Course is a state-mandated 90-minute course for drivers who have received a citation for using a handheld wireless communication device while driving in a school crossing, school zone, or work zone. First-time offenders can elect to take this course to have their points and associated costs waived by the clerk of the court.
