Within 3 business days: You can receive a 100% refund upon written request, regardless of your progress in the course.
After 3 business days: Partial refunds are calculated as (1 – % completed) × tuition – $50 administrative fee.
Special circumstances: If we terminate your enrollment due to policy violations or failed identity verification, the partial refund policy applies. No refunds are available after 3 failed final exam attempts.
