You're eligible if you:
Got a non-criminal moving violation ticket in Palm Beach County
Haven't taken BDI in the past 12 months (for voluntary election)
Don't hold a commercial driver's license (CDL)
Haven't exceeded 8 lifetime elections
You can also take BDI if:
Required by DHSMV notice (red light, school bus, reckless driving, racing, etc.) - available statewide
TCAC requirement
