For court orders or DHSMV requirements:
No limit - as ordered by the court or DHSMV
Remember: The 12-month waiting period only applies when you elect to take BDI voluntarily for ticket dismissal. If a judge orders it or DHSMV requires it, you can take it even if you've taken it recently.
