To be eligible for our driver safety course, your identification must be verified through a third party database via your driver's license, licenses plate and registration information. If your identity cannot be verified, you are required to send in a notarized student affidavit so our company can identify you as the person taking the course.

We will inform you if we need you to submit an affidavit along with instructions on how you can do so. Most of out of state students will be required to submit a notarized affidavit.
