If you choose “Ticket Dismissal” as your reason for attendance, you will receive a two-part certificate of completion that contains an upper “COURT” portion that should be delivered to the court via their instructions before your deadline date, and the lower “INSURANCE” portion that can be presented to your insurance company or agent if they offer defensive driving discounts.

We suggest that you make a copy of the insurance certificate in case you change insurance companies. We also suggest that you either hand carry your court certificate to the court or that you mail it to the court via certified mail so as to arrive by the date previously established by the court.

If you print the electronic certificate, it must only be printed on white paper.

Note: It must be delivered or mailed by you to the court. We are not permitted to mail either an original or a duplicate certificate to the court.

Note: Students who select “Insurance” as their reason for attendance will receive a single insurance / safety training certificate for presentation to their insurance provider or company representative. The insurance certificate will not be accepted by a Texas court for a ticket.
