A course is considered complete when all documentation is properly completed and approved. If an identity affidavit is required to verify your identity, the completion date on your course certificate will be the date we verify and approve your uploaded identity affidavit. If you upload an incomplete identity affidavit (i.e. missing information, not notarized, missing a government issued photo ID, or submit an incorrect form), this will delay the completion date for your course certificate.

PLEASE NOTE: IDENTITY AFFIDAVITS MAY NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. YOUR COURSE IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL THE IDENTITY AFFIDAVIT IS APPROVED, SO BE SURE TO ALLOW YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME BEFORE YOUR DUE DATE.
