How do I submit my certificate to my insurance company?

Once you complete the course, here's what to expect and how to get your certificate to your insurance company.


​What you'll receive

After finishing the course you'll receive two copies of your certificate:

  • Electronic certificate: arrives in your email right after you complete the course

  • Physical DMV certificate: mailed to you via USPS First Class and typically arrives within 2–4 business days


​How to submit it

Simply reach out to your insurance company and ask about their submission process. Every insurer handles it a little differently, some accept it by mail, others by email or through their online portal.


​Need a duplicate?

If your certificate was misplaced or contained incorrect information, you can request a duplicate. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
