Once you complete the course, here's what to expect and how to get your certificate to your insurance company.
What you'll receive
After finishing the course you'll receive two copies of your certificate:
Electronic certificate: arrives in your email right after you complete the course
Physical DMV certificate: mailed to you via USPS First Class and typically arrives within 2–4 business days
How to submit it
Simply reach out to your insurance company and ask about their submission process. Every insurer handles it a little differently, some accept it by mail, others by email or through their online portal.
Need a duplicate?
If your certificate was misplaced or contained incorrect information, you can request a duplicate. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
