What you do with your certificate depends on why you took the course:
For ticket dismissal:
Your certificate comes in two parts:
- Court portion (top half): Deliver or mail this to your court before your deadline. Print it on white paper if using the electronic version. We recommend hand-delivering it or using certified mail to make sure it arrives on time.
- Insurance portion (bottom half): Keep this! You can present it to your insurance company for a potential discount. Make a backup copy just in case.
For insurance discount only:
If you selected "Insurance" as your reason for attending, you'll receive a single insurance/safety training certificate to present to your insurance provider. Note: this certificate will not be accepted by a Texas court for ticket dismissal.
